This is my daughter's favorite. It's her "comfort food." I adapted it from Southern Living's "Easy Weeknight Favorites."
Combine chicken, soup, sour cream, poppy seeds, and cheese in a lightly greased 11X7X2 baking dish. Combine crushed crackers and butter, and sprinkle over chicken mixture. Bake, uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes.
You can omit the cheese for a creamier,saucier dish.
